Mission Statement

The mission of the West Caldwell Health Department is to improve the health and quality of life of the citizens of West Caldwell, North Caldwell and Fairfield through the use of health promotion strategies, health protection strategies, preventive services and community health surveillance.

Questions pertaining to environmental and public health matters should be referred to the Townships full-time Health Officer. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Contact the Health Department at 973-226-2303.
