TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of West Caldwell, New Jersey has scheduled a special public meeting for Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Public Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Township Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey at 7:00 PM. The Agenda for this Special Meeting may include the following resolutions/application(s), but the list may change as the date approaches:

RESOLUTIONS
- PB25-09 Santander Bank, N.A., 995 Bloomfield Avenue, Block 1603, Lot 1, B-1 Zone District Applicant seeks preliminary and final major site plan with bulk variance relief for a proposed new retail bank branch to be constructed following the demolition of the existing building.
Pursuant to Section 18A-9.1 of the Township Code and the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-37), approval of site plans by resolution of the Planning Board, or waiver thereof, shall be required as a condition for the issuance of a permit for any development, including the construction, reconstruction, conversion, structural alteration, relocation or enlargement of any building or other structure, and any use or change in the use of any building or other structure, or land or extension of use of land.
