ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SWIMMING POOL
INVESTIGATION AND IMPROVEMENTS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Township Administrator for the Mayor and Council of the Township of West Caldwell on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM, prevailing time, or soon after as the matter can be reached, in the office of the Township Administrator, Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey, for the following services for the calendar year 2025:
- Bond Counsel
- Engineering Services for Swimming Pool Investigation and Improvements
Requests for Proposals are available on the Township website www.westcaldwell.com as well as on file in the office of the Township Administrator, Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey, 07006, where same may be inspected during business hours beginning on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer on the face of the envelope and clearly marked with the name of the service being submitted for consideration. Proposals must be submitted at the time and place above specified and will be opened and read thereafter. Proposals will be accepted by mail or in person at the time specified. No Proposal, either by mail or in person, will be accepted after the date and hour specified. In the case of mailed Proposals, the Township assumes no responsibility for bid proposals received after the date and time above specified.
The Mayor and Council reserve the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all proposals. Proposers shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
All final awards shall be made by resolution adopted by a majority of the Mayor and Council based upon the proposals made to the Township that have been determined to be the most advantageous to the Township, all factors (price & other) considered.
