PROPOSED 45 DAY PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF WEST CALDWELL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of West Caldwell will hold a municipal consent hearing on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of West Caldwell and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application. Copies of the application will be on file with the Township Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. at the Township Municipal Building. This notice will be published again between the fourteenth (14th) and seventh (7th) day prior to the hearing.
