Essex County Recycling Day for Household Hazardous Waste will be Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Essex County Public Works Facility, 99 W. Bradford Ave., Cedar Grove.  This service is free to all Essex County Residents. You must provide proof of residency at the site.

Please adhere to the following guidelines: 

• Do not exit vehicle
• Items for disposal to be placed in trunk
• NO containers will be returned (gas cans, etc.)
