Public Hearing Presentation of Draft 2025 Housing Element & Fair Share Plan
Posted June 13, 2025According to the New Jersey Fair Housing Act, a Housing Plan Element shall be designed to meet the municipality’s fair share of its region’s present and prospective housing needs, with particular attention to low and moderate income housing.
