NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD
TOWNSHIP OF WEST CALDWELL PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, as required by law, that on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 7:00 pm, at the Township of West Caldwell Municipal Building, located at 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, County of Essex, State of New Jersey 07006, the Township of West Caldwell Planning Board (the “Board”) will hold a Public Hearing (the “Hearing") pursuant to the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1, et seq., (the “MLUL”) to consider the “Master Plan Reexamination Report”, dated January 6, 2025 prepared by Colliers Engineering & Design, pursuant to Section 89 of the MLUL. At the Hearing, opportunity will be given to all interested parties to be heard, and at which time the Board may take action. A copy of the “Master Plan Reexamination Report” is on file with the Board Secretary and available for public inspection during regular business hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays, in the office of the Land Use Administrator at the Township of West Caldwell Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey 07006. They are also available on the official Township of West Caldwell website at www.westcaldwell.com. The meeting will be held in the Public Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Township Municipal Building.
