Our Resident Support Center is not intended for Emergency resolution use. All Emergencies should be reported via telephone by dialing 911. West Caldwell staff will respond to your questions and requests for service as soon as possible. Due to employee work schedules, system use volume and other factors, it may take our staff several work days to respond, and your request's ultimate resolution is dependent upon its complexity or severity. All questions and requests for service will be responded to in the most timely manner possible during normal business work schedules, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM, except holidays. Content submitted, regardless of its source or author, is the sole property of West Caldwell Township, but may be subject to the Open Public Records Act of the State of NJ. Content may be edited at our discretion. West Caldwell reserves the right to restrict access to any individual at our discretion. The system may not be used in any illegal, abusive or irresponsible manner. |
