NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Redevelopment Investigation Hearing begun on March 8, 2004 has been carried to the Planning Board’s April 12, 2004 Public Meeting at 7:30 P.M. in the Public Meeting Room of the Township of West Caldwell Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey The proposed redevelopment area includes the following parcels of property: 950 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1901, Lot 13); 940 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 1); 924 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 2); 900 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 3); 880 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 4); Rear of 880 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 5); Rear of 900, 924 and 940 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 1903, Lot 6); Portion of Eisenhower Parkway right-of-way (100’ wide gently curving strip of land extending south and southwest from the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Kirkpatrick Lane); and 860 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 2100, Lot 8). All who are interested in or would be affected by a determination that the delineated area is a redevelopment area shall be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the Redevelopment Study commissioned by the Planning Board, including a map showing the boundaries of the proposed redevelopment area, the location of the parcels of property included therein, and a statement setting forth the basis for the investigation, is available for inspection during regular business hours by all interested parties prior to said meeting at the West Caldwell Public Library and the office of the municipal clerk at the Township of West Caldwell Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey.
