West Caldwell Resident Support Center

The Township of West Caldwell uses a web-based "Resident Support Center" for convenient and efficient access to our Municipal Services. By clicking on the "Resident Support Icon at the top of this page, you can make inquiries, request service, and to search our knowledge base for quick answers to your questions.  At the time you make your first inquiry you will register on our site.  You will then receive an immediate acknowledgement with a tracking number which will allow you to check on the status of your request at any time. Your request is then directed to the appropriate Department for action. If you are unsure which Department can best handle your inquiry just check “All Items” and we will direct the inquiry for you.  The system will also have an area to submit a specific service request such as reporting the location of a pothole or a street light that is out, etc. If you use that feature a dialogue box will come up and ask you to fill in specific information.  One of the other key features of this system is that it eliminates e-mail getting lost among the thousands of spam items we get each week, since your inquiry is processed directly through a dedicated web client.
